How to Claim Your Warranty:

 Proof of Purchase Required. Product must be registered using registration card enclosed in shipping box or online using this link.

Provide valid explanation and/or photo of defect along with name and purchase date.
Do Not Ship used Mattress or Bedding unless instructed to do so Under Penalty of Law.

What We Will Do:

Clean Design Home will, at its sole discretion, replace the defective product for an exact of similar product at no charge.

Clean Design Home offers a manufacturer warranty that protects you as a consumer. Registration is required and when you receive your mattress delivery, you should ensure that you complete the documentation that is provided, and hold onto your original receipt as proof of purchase.
